Dashzilla
A bespoke admin and metrics portal developed for a corporate client. Their internal support staff uses a legacy open-source platform Bugzilla (https://www.bugzilla.org/) for first line support. We assisted this area by augmenting the functionality available to them to allow, turnaround time monitoring, KPI tracking, team assignments etc. The portal integrates to the legacy data, and adds easy views / searches and custom reporting.
